INFORMATION AND PR SUPPORT OF THE EVENT

PAY ATTENTION
Стоимость услуг работы агентства - 10 % от сметы, но не менее чем 1 500$
Мероприятие считается подтвержденным при внесении предоплаты в размере 70% и не позже четырех рабочих дней до даты мероприятия. Финальный расчет - в день проведения мероприятия.
При подтверждении мероприятия предоплатой менее чем за три рабочих дня, стоимость услуг агентства меняется:
За два рабочих дня - 15% от суммы сметы;
За один рабочий день - 20% от суммы сметы.
При отмене ранее утвержденной услуги в смете менее чем за два рабочих дня взимается неустойка
в размере 20% от стоимости услуги.
В случае отмены мероприятия компания взимает с заказчика штрафные санкции в размере 30% от сметы.
The cost of agency services is 10% of the cost estimate, but not less than $1,500.
The event is considered as confirmed upon making an advance payment of 70% of cost estimate and no later than four working days before the day of the event. The final calculation is on the day of the event.
If the event is confirmed by prepayment in less than 3 working days before the event, the cost of the agency’s services changes:
- for two working days: 15% of the cost estimate;
- for one working day: 20% of the cost estimate.
If a previously approved service in the cost estimate is canceled in less than 2 working days, a penalty will be charged in the amount of 20% of that service cost.
In case of cancellation of the event, the company charges the customer with penalties in the amount of 30% of the cost estimate.
